The best way to learn more about your sleep habits is to contact your doctor. A simple inpatient Sleep Study can be performed. Your doctor can use the results from the study to tailor-fit a sleep schedule for you. There are more and more Sleep Therapy Centers popping up everywhere.

The patterns that we use to fall and stay asleep is called Sleep Hygiene. It all comes down to the three SSSs: Sleep, Sex, and Solitude.
